I am a certified Biofield Tuning practitioner with a Diploma in Mass Communication and currently completing a Diploma in Counselling. I aim to facilitate your creativity, communication, self-belief and self-regulation. Both cognitively processing trauma and strengthening our energetic flow can bring us into alignment with our highest potential.

As an empath I found myself able to relate and resonate with many different types of people at a young age. I was always able to understand their perspective and affirm their strengths, allowing them to feel seen and heard.

Finding my singing voice early and being skilled at leading creatives empowered me to contribute to Singapore’s music scene over several decades, both in the limelight and behind the scenes. I have always sought a deeper meaning to life, and have been driven by spiritual growth for myself and others, which I embodied through my music and management endeavours.

I use a combination of sound, vocal harmonies, breathwork and visualization when I collaborate with clients on healing. I like to look at your well-being holistically with a person-centred, strengths-based approach and a touch of Jungian philosophy.

Book in a call to see if we’re on the same wavelength on your path toward individuation.

BOOKS

The four agreements by don miguel ruiz

This short but powerful read shares Toltec wisdom in four simple things to remember that profoundly shape the way we live and connect with ourselves and each other.

ELECTRIC BODY, ELECTRIC HEALTH BY EILEEN DAY MCKUSICK

The founder of Biofield Tuning navigates a paradigm shift on our bodies and health that resonates with anyone who believes we are all beings of light.

Self-Esteem by Caroline Myss

These wise woman isn’t afraid to be brutally honest. You have to be into new age ideas to get down with what she has to say. Her other audiobook on Archetypes is good supplementary reading/listening as well.

The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks

Unlocking the reasons why you can’t succeed if you sabotage yourself by consciously or subconsciously denying your positive/creative flow of energy. Gay Hendricks is a psychologist, writer, and teacher in the field of personal growth, relationships, and body intelligence.

The Pilgrimage by Paolo Coelho

Many people like The Alchemist but I actually prefer this book about the spiritual journey and it opened me eyes to new ways of viewing love, suffering and purpose.

The Power Of Now by Eckhart Tolle

Read this during my downtime on an Ayahuasca journey in Peru back in 2017. I’d been having trouble with letting go with so many thoughts in my head that I couldn’t seem to quiet. This book gave me an understanding of awareness, ego and presence that kickstarted my healing journey.

A History of God by Karen Armstrong

This chronicles and compares the monotheistic religions over 4000 years. I read it at a time when I was questioning not so much the concept of God, but why there were so many religious people who are hypocritical, delusional or abuse their power .

Ikigai by Héctor García and Francesc Miralles

A really beautiful concept at the root of a study to find out why the Okinawans have one of the highest percentage of centenarians in the world.

Wheels of Life by Anodea Judith

I’m incredibly into the chakra system because of how wholistic it is: Biology, nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, colour, sound… it’s a great way to map and consider physical and psychological well-being, and has become my biggest life/creative inspiration. I started living in colour again because of this book.

How to do the work by dr nicole la pera

A great read for anyone interested in the bridge between psychology and spirituality with a holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing.

The Courage To Be Disliked by Fumitake Koga and Ichiro Kishimi

This was a great recommendation from a friend on IG after I’d shared some of my fav books and asked for recommendations. It’s based on the principles of Alfred Adler, who doesn’t have as much mainstream popularity as his contemporaries, Sigmund Freud & Carl Jung. Told through a conversation between a philosopher and a youth, it gave me a wonderful realisation on why I should not care about what other people think of me.

THE MYTH OF NORMAL - DR GABOR MATE

This book completely turns much of what you know on its head, backed by science & research and athe wisdom of experience. TLDR - hug yourselves and your children.

The Conscious Parent by Dr. Shefali Tsabary

If you’re like me and have the emotional well-being and resilience of your child as a #1 priority, this weaves in well-known research with holistic well-being in both parents and children. Shefali Tsabary is a clinical psychologist specializing in the integration of Western psychology and Eastern philosophy.
