‘Mindkiller’ is my second EP as Vandetta. The title is inspired by a line from Frank Herbert’s cult classic, Dune, “fear is the mindkiller”, and also appears on the track YCDIB. Conceptually the EP is an exploration of what enables an artist to continue creating in the face of adversity.

The EP comprises 5 tracks in collaboration with 5 Singaporean producers – veterans, Kiat, Koflow, and upcomers Lineath, Perk Pietrek and Fauxe. I worked with my Octover partner, Jason Tan, on vocal production & recording and Conrad Mugabo of Deftune for mixing and mastering. Mindkiller also features the Singapore radio personality and music icon, Chris Ho, and rapper, Kim Olsen.

The first single "Onz" is a bouncy, feel-good homage to the hustlers who don’t stop with a nod to Singlish in its title. It's produced by Perk.
